Cannot register SIP trunk to Carrier (Sipgate) to BCM50 Rls 6

I cannot seem to register onto sipgate with the BCM.
The sofphone x-lite on the PC using the same network (router/modem) works fine.

There is no BCM settings on this site.

Here is what I was given for login:

Proxy: sipgate.co.uk (Port: 5060)
NTP: ntp.sipgate.net

As for router I tried Port Forward, UPnP, No Firewall etc.

I was getting bogus calls on the lines 1 2 and 3 to the prime set.
Since the softphone works I am assuming the router is fine?


Seems I am missing some steps but between the manuals and tips here and trying a lot of things over a few hours I am getting nowhere.

Is anyone using sipgate on BCM50?

I cant get inbound or outbound to work.

Softphone on my PC on same network works fine.
I have registration status as noted above
I am getting phantom calls every 15 minutes.

Inbound "The number I have called is not assigned" when Softphone is turned off.
Outbound - fast busy shortly after last digit dialed.

I have ordered another SIP service to see if its Sipgate that does not play well however I see NO RTP SESSIONS on Monitor no matter what.....even on these phantom calls.

Has anyone got SIP setup with sipgate?

Need a translator and recommended fix.

From Sipgate:
We see the unusual SIP Contact 44956 in the registration of X-Lite (my softphone) and we see the reserved/restricted port 1024 in the registration data of the BCM gateway.
The port 1024 or multiples of it usually indicate a problematic router SIP ALG or SPI Firewall.

I thinks its the BCM and not the router since softphone and polycom work fine.
