Cannot record Primary greeting 1

CP with BCM

Go to F981 get into voicmail for particular extension...get into greeting selection...it goes to choose goes to prime and then automatically goes back to choose continuous loop and no chance to record

How do i break break cycle

Delete the MB and make it again.
Make sure you press admin and the greeting button 3 times to record the primary greeting.
