Cannot recieve mail Outlook 2003 and Exchange 200

Hi al.
here is my issue. I have a user that cannot recieve mail in Outlook 2003 because of following message:

Error (0x00040820) Errors in background synchronization.

I have already tried Auto Archive mail folders.
I have compressed the OST file.

Any fixes you all know of.
