ia am using a belkin usb 2.0 capture device with an analogue video camera/video player. the supplied device drivers from belkin for win xp are installed. service pack 2 was also suggested to be installed.we are still not getting any video signal whatsoever. it doesnt seem to make any differance which capure software is used.we have tried u-lead, power director among many capture software programs. the same error message still displays "cannot detect capture device" as a pure experiment we also tried the same running w98 & w 2000. any help would be great
