We have a Mitel 3300 MXe, early v9 software. It's been working fine until this morning. One ACD user logged in but then could not make outbound calls (ACCESS DENIED)
I thought it was a COS problem, checked the user, everything was fine. Logged the use off and now they can't login. You type the agent id and the phone shows LOGGED OUT.
So we copied the user, the new user can loggin fine but we needed to add them to the one ACD Group that we have. When I go to the form the page it shows the group information but the lower part where the user list is blank and we get a pop up:

Cannot read view tuple.

Can anyone help?

from maintainence commands enter - dbms check full.
THis will run through and check the integrity of the database.
I am pretty sure you will get a view error - this basically means part of the database relating to acd is corrupt.

A datasave datarestore will resolve the issue.

Out of interest what release of software are you in, we had exactly the same problem on exactly the same form - we were running 9.0.0.41 - but have now upgraded.

So I would advise
* dbms check full (maintainence commands)
* if a view error is detected to datasave datarestore - this will resolve the issue
* consider upgrading

James our software is 9.0.0.41.

As it happend I was going to run the check and restore later today (not possible during working hours)

As luck would have it I was also going to install the lastest v9 build too.

Thanks for the reply.
