Cannot read the next data row for the data set ADS

When i process the sp or the preview in VS then everything runs fine.
When i then try to consult the report through the report manager i receive the above error.
I'm using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services Designers
Version 9.00.2047.00 on a windows server 2003
and sql server 2005 Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 9.00.1399.00
