Cannot read site with cyrillic font on my MAC

Please help,

Have problem to display website with cyrillic font. All I have is something as example below:

???? ????? ????, ???? ?? ??????? ?? ?????? ????? ????????? ??????? ?? ?? ???? ???? ? ?? ??????? ??????? ?? ??????? ????????? ????? ?? ??????????, ???? ?? ????????? ?? ?????? ? ??? ?? ???????????? ????? ????? ?????, ??? ?? ????????? ? ?? ?????? ? ???????? ??????? ????????.

I using MAC G4 OS9.2 Internet Explorer 5.0.2 MAC version. I think something is in setting but not sure. Can anyone please, explain, step-by-step to me how to fix this problem.

Move the font from where it is to somewhere else, see if that fixes the problem
