Cannot read from image

I've just updated a test server with ZFD IR7, server previously had ZFD 4.01 with the update for NW6.5, and when I try to send an existing image to a PC via PXE I get the following message when the PC attempts to bring down the image;

'The version of the imaging engine cannot read this image'

Any ideas or have I missed something obvious?

I've updated to IR7 as I require support for sata drives now, we've actually got some new PCs

I 'sorted' this by building an image on one of the new pcs with a zen partition, I then uploaded this image to the pxe server, then it would download to the client machines.
After downloading to the first machine it would then boot to a screen full of 9's, because the image came from a machine with a zen partition
Had to use fixmbr from the XP cd and then upload that 'clean' image back to the server.

Job done.
