a client upgraded from Netscape 4 to Netscape 6. She has a habit of keeping her deleted mail items in Netcape mail(don't ask me why) and so she panicked when she found out that her deleted items are "gone". THe trash folder does not indicate that there are anything in there but when she opens it, the headers (subject line, sender and receipient, etc) are still there but when she opens them, nothing shows but a blank screen.
It would be interesting to know what happened here.
Is there a way to import the old mail from Netscape 4 to N6? We tried it but on the option where it says where to import from, Netscape 4 was not in the options...
any ideas?
