Cannot purge print jobs in Meridian Max

My Meridian Max has stopped printing reports. How can I purge the print jobs.

I'm not sure what Version of MAX you are on but on our Version 8 you simply login using your maint. login and select:

DIAGNOSTICS

Then select:

Monitor Print Queue

From there you can use the PF keys to either cancel a single print job or multiple print jobs.

I'm not sure what affect this will have on your ACD so you might want to consider doing it after hours or maybe someone else can tell us what affects if any it will have.
