I have disabled and deleted user accounts. Now I can't purge the mailboxes. I didn't realize that disable and delete wouldn't delete the email box for me. Is there anything I can do now? There is a lot of mail sitting in the Information Store and I need the room. I'm bumping into the 16,383 mb limit.

Cannot Purge old mailboxes

within the ESM, expand server, storage group, store name then mailboxes. in the right pane, right click select run cleanup agent. your mailboxes that have been disconnected will appear with a red x through them, right click on the x select purge and they will be deleted
