Cannot publish web site

I would like to ask you what I am doing wrong. I have managing a web
site in Front Page. I was publishing before and all of a sudden I get an
error message saying:
Error 405
HTTP Error 405
405 Method Not Allowed
The method specified in the Request Line is not allowed for the resource
identified by the request. Please ensure that you have the proper MIME
type set up for the resource you are requesting.
Please contact the server's administrator if this problem persists.
