Well I figured it out why actually.....doing this remotely but see that route 000 is setup with dest 9 when nobody programmed it.

So
Question 1 - has Nortel made this default with BCM and since when? Edge? or as of late?....I just never noticed I guess.

Question 2 - Would F64000 work as a line out button? or how do you program a Pool button when routing used?
F649 does not work.

Thanks

I believe as of BCM50 rls 2, but could be mistaken. You can eliminate the routing, and go back to Pools. You could program as a Hotline with a "9" inserted.

It started with the BCM50. I remember this was something the instructor made clear in Rls1 school.

Also on BCM 400 4.0. To use F649 u need to use line pools not routes.

I usually just program an external speed dial button with a 9 in it Feature *1 press the button and put in your destination code for the route
