Cannot Produce Excel Report It Hangs

We installed Windows Server 2003 SP2 on our Web server. Our exports to Excel stopped working from Crystal Reports .NET within all our ASP.NET applications. However, the exports to pdf and Word still work. Is
anyone else having this problem and have you found a resolution? WE are using Crystal XI

Are you using CR-XI (Release 1 = 11.0) or (Release 2 = 11.5)..?

Are you getting any errors in the application logs when the "run to EXCEL"...?

Which version of IIS are you running..?

Is this issue browser-specific (eg. IE-6 only)..? What happens in IE-7, Firefox or Safari...?
