Cannot Print

Hi,

We have a UNIX Server running SCO Unix OpenServer v.5 - it runs our stock system. We have a remote branch that connects to it through a BT Kilostream line with a Perle JetStream 4000 unit. Connected to the JetStream 4000 are two WYSE dumb terminals which work correctly. Also we have 2 Oki Microline printers which all of a sudden have stopped working.

We're not sure where to start looking for a fault. The hardware has been checked out and appears to be ok. We're wondering if a configuration setting for these printers has been lost in either the JetStream or on the UNIX Server.

Can anyone help?
