When I try to print I get error message:
Error writting to USB/Deskjet 810C, printer is not ready, make sure it is tuend On and ready
Within HP 810C printer control panel a message reads:
Offline-Printing User Intervention Required, message dissapears.
-Shut printer off/on
-Changed USB ports for printer (USB printer)
-The port is set to USB in printer properties
-Tried using Gateway's GO BACK (systemk restore)
-Reinstalled Printer software
-Uninstalling/ Reinstalling Printer
(When asked if I wanted to keep existing driver or install a new one, I said install new one, the installation stopped at Hpcd1611.dll, said it could not continue, that the file is in use, quit all programs)
-I CTRL+ALt+deL and quit all programs except Systray & Explorer
-I went into safe mode and renamed Hpcd1611.dll to Hpcd1611.old
-Rebooted, Windows Protection Error
-Renamed file back, Rebooted, Windows Protection Error
-Safe Mode, used Go Back to time before
-Back to regular Windows, but still cant print
-When I do try to print, printer will go to printer control panel, say it is printing and then stop printing 1/4 of the way through, then error message appears
-Went into printer properties and didnt see anything on the page that shows the ports.

Thanks for any help you can offer
