Cannot Print to or Ping Winterm 1125se from Network

I cannot seem to print to my winterm 1125se from my server 2003 box. In fact, I can't even ping or see my winterm from any of the servers or pcs on my network (but I can ping FROM my winterm OUT TO any pc on my network).

I have absolutely no experience with winterm terminals and this is very frustrating.

Can someone offer some guidance?
