I have fox26aDOS program that runs very well under win95/98 and also under win2k. Unfortunately under win2k, the program won't print even though printer capture on lpt1 is in place. The printer is also the only default. Other computers (win95/95) on the network run the program and print from it correctly.
A test page from the priunter utility works fine.
I have reinstalled the printer several times. The device is a HP laserjet 6P.
The driver selection criteria in the DOS program is the same in every instance.
What could be the program? How can I solve this?
I remember reading a thread regarding issues of printing under win2k. I cannot tell whether they related to my problem.
