Cannot print specified page range from Word 2

We do a merge to get data into Word to print labels.
As this is a mailing list there are loads of pages.

The problem that we have and have had for several months is that if we specify a page range to print, the print job never comes out. Only if we print a page at a time does the job come out.
We are using Office 2000 on Windows 2000 Pro and are printing to HP laserJet printers.

Has anybody else ever seen this problem before ?

In a mailmerge, each page is a section, so you need to specify the section number (example s5 - s9) in place of the page numbers

So the only difference is that you add the letter 's' before each number which specifys; section ?

If that was an actual question....yes.

3 - 6 means page 3 to page 6 (inclusive)
s3 - s6 means Section 3 to Section 6 (inclusive)
