Cannot print preview or print reports in ACCPAC 1

Hello,

I have encountered a rather strange error with ACCPAC. When I print preview for a trial balance, I only see a blank screen with the Business Objects's logo in the upper right corner, but there is nothing displayed. And when I print preview the Aged AP Payables, an error message is displayed. It reads as follows:

"Error occurred when accessing Crystal Enterprise. The system XXX can be contacted, but there is no Central Mangement Servier running at port 6400.

Code 5.1068.0"

I have seen a similar thread (thread631-1413861) encountering the same error message, however, the solution offered did not help me solve the problem.

I have also uninstalled everything and reinstalled again only to come up with the same error message. I am running ACCPAC 5.5 on only one machine (system XXX) with WinXP using SQL.Express.

You have run the web deployment on that computer, but it is not configured correctly.
Delete the Accpac COM objects under Administrative Tools, Component Services -> Component Services, Computers, My Computer, COM+ Applications.

Deleted the ACCPAC COM+ Applications and voila! it now works!

Much appreciation for the help.
