Cannot print Postscript to Canon printers through UNIX

Hi
I am changing all the printers on my network to Canon multifunction devices, IR3300's and IR5000s. All printing goes through a Windows 2000 SP2 print server. The problem is when printing postscript documents through UNIX from applications like Framemaker, applix etc., the documents print one page of rubbish (e.g. %!PS-Adobe-3.0, would be the first line), then spew out several more blank pages.
This used to work with no prolems on the "old" printers.
Any ideas?
