In the mean time, I'd first make sure you have these done:
1. Your printer IS connected to your PC (correctly)
2. Your printer is powered on.
3. Your printer is properly installed - correct driver(s) - double-check at the manufacturer's website, in case any updates have been published since you installed it.
And if none of that helps, and you do post in one of the other forums, try to give some more detailed info.
Are you able to print ANYTHING?
What is the printer manufacturer and model #?
Is it a new printer?
Did it print before?
Did anything change that you can remember when you could no longer print? - assuming you could print before...
Anything along those lines should be of good help in getting a real answer.
