Cannot print from Outlook/Office on Server

Bare with me, I'm new to Server Management.

I'm a new member of an organization which has 15 XP Workstations connected via Workgroup. To access their email, they Remote-Connect to our Server (2003) which houses MS Office (outlook, excel, you know).

Anyway, just last week people began complaining about not being able to print emails/excel/word documents from the server. Very strange because:
a. Under Administrator or client logins, I can see all of the network printers listed.
b. When in Outlook I can see the printers when I go to printer setup, but when I go to print it says something to the tune of 'no printers installed'.

This is very strange, because it just 'happened'. We've done zero changes to the server, no network upgrades, etc.

Anyone see something like this?
