Cannot print body of email

Help

A user of mine is unable to print from his Outlook the body of any email. The print comes out with just the header of the email (sender, recipients etc).

The test page from the pc to the printer is ok. I recon there is a setting in Outlook I need to find to undo this.. as the user was ok before yesterday.

Can anybody provide some insight or point me to where i need to go to resolve as soon as possible.
