cannot print a report

When clicking on a switchboard command button, a message
"there was an error executing command"

comes up. After some investigation another message comes up
"there was a problem retrieving printer information for this object.The object may have been sent to a printer that is unavailable".

The printer has been setup and prints without a problem with other applications.

Help.

Hi

Open report in design mode and check the printer settings. Simply just resaving can fix the problem.
