Cannot print a report from a print preview

Having a problem with ACCPAC printing reports:


Setup:

ACCPAC ERP 500 V5.4a
Crystal Report Viewer 11
Pervasive SQL 9
Terminal Services (RDP)


If we choose print destination 'printer' then print a report it will print.

If we choose print destination 'preview' then choose the print icon from the preview screen it won't print anything, it doesn't appear to send anything to the printer.

I have tried copying c:\windows\crystal\*.* to c:\windows\system32 .. didn't help.

Can anyone give me some suggestions?
