Cannot print 16 bit application

I am trying to print a 16 bit application report in Compass Windows Downloader software but I'm getting this error:

Windows returned Printer Error 482
This usually happens when a 16 bit application is printing complex pages from Windows 95 to a Network Printer.

I tried changing the Spool Settings to 'Start printing after last page is spooled' and 'Print directly to printer'.

I looked all over and can't find any support docs. Any ideas?
