Cannot pint the PC installed VPN Clinet.

One Pc which is installed Windows XP Professional + SP1.
Everthing works no problem, like access website, ftp, ....
But after I install VPN Client into this machine, I cannot use FTP, download file through FTP side, I try to ping this machine from another one, I always get timeout, after uninstall VPN Client, I can ping it from another pc, and ftp go back normal. it is very strange?!

Which VPN client version did you install?

The new Cisco VPN client (3.5.x) has a built in firewall included - make sure it is not enabled because it might be blocking the traffic.

Did you install a client version which is compatible with XP?

yes, it is V3.52C, but even I don't load it, other pc still cannot ping it.
