Cannot ping using SSH sentinel VPN client

Using SSH Sentinel to connect to a linksys befvp41. All settings seem correct. The client will connect to the router, and the router logs verify the connection as well as the SSH logs. I Cannot ping machines from the remote computer, nor can I access the LAN behind the Linksys. Any Ideas on what to do next. Also, if I set up VPN using a linksys router on both ends, I can access the remote network and browse the network, and map drives. Only when I remove the router, and just use the client will it fail to see the remote network.

I have the same problem. Was it ever resolved?
