Cannot Ping other Nodes via RAS after SP4 Install

I have a client that was running NT 4.0 with SP3, using RAS to dial into their server, they could ping all nodes on the network. Now after installing SP4, they can dial in to the NT, but they can no longer ping other nodes on their LAN. Any help and suggestions?
