MY
when i try to ping my eth0 or lo or any interface i get "no space buffer available"

NIC, driver(module), kernel version and/or distribution for
starters.
What else is going on when this occurs?

Basically:
This is a problem allocating memory needed by tcp/ip
socket buffering. I would guess that there is a resource
problem, or possibly a bad driver here.
