I have a dual homed Windows 2003 server which is our RRAS server.(VPN Connections) One NIC is connected to the WAN interface and one to our LAN.

Remote users can dial in and ping all local IPs.. (192.168.1.x)But our HP switch has a VLAN with a different IP scheme. (10.120.49.x) When a user pings this IP, they get no answer. I also tried to add a route using the "route add" command and I see that the route has been successfully added. But remote VPN users still cannot see any machines on the 10.120... network. Internally everything works just fine.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated !

The remote systems may have a route to the VLAN, but does the VLAN have a route for return traffic? Do a tracert from both ends and find out where it's dying.
