Cannot ping any IP or domains?

Internet is connected but unable to get ping reply from any domains?

Router- cisco 1720?

Router-1720#ping google.com

That is like me asking you why my car wont start. And the only info i give you is that it is "Making a Noise".... Post more info. Running config and topology.
