Ok this one may be a little more outlook related but I thought I would post it here anyways. I have a few users all receiving the same error whent hey try to open a voicemail to email .wav attachment from our 3300 cx. They say its only while they are connected to the exchange server. once they disconnect, this doesnt occur. Anyways, while they are connected and try to open a mitel vm to email they receive an error
Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There might not be a sound device installed on your computer, it might be in use by another program, or it might not be functioning properly.
Whats even more odd is these people have a webmail portal that they can launch the attachment right from there. has anyone ever experienced this?
