I have Crystal Enterprise 9 installed on our application server. The reports have been running correctly and I have a few scheduled to run at several times per day. Recently I have been asked to set up a report to run to a SMTP e-mail address within our company.
The manual states that I need to set up the SMTP correctly in the Job Server settings. When I click on the Job Server from within CMC, I receive an error message:
There was an error while retrieving data from the server: Unable to get the admin object for the JobServerAdmin service for server USBLIAS02.report.jobserver.
I have rebooted the server and still receive this message.
Please help.
