I have tried to setup Archiving on a Lotus Notes client but get error messages when trying to open the Archive Folder. I can see four listed archive items (which I have archived earlier)but the are empty and the error message I get when I click on them is "Cannot locate Form: Memo" and then "Cannot locate default Form". Any help would be appreciated. (beginner in Lotus Notes setup)

The memo form is missing from the design of the archive database. It seems that when your archive function has created the archive replica database it did not take across all of the design elements. I've seen this with some of my users.
The fix for me was to replace the design on the archive database.
File > datbase > replace design.
Choose the same template as the mail file.
If you are unsure about this, then you might want to make a copy of the archive and test it on that first.
