Cannot open Sql Server 7

My IT department relocated my database server yesterday. We haven't been able to connect to the database since. The computer name has not changed (only the IP has). Any ideas on why this might be happening? They tell me that they have not changed anything else on the machine.

Couldn't do either. I'm not sure what they did, but it's running now. I will post the correction if I can learn it.
