cannot open page in IE8

Hello,
I have a problem with IE8, I cannot open a spesific page, every other page loads but not this one. I know that the page exists (I opened it in another machine) but cannot load it. I checked the spyware and antivirus I have no rules for restrict it. Any help possible.

What happens if you run a tracert to that site from a command prompt? Open a command prompt & type tracert topleveldomainname

I made a tracert, it goes all the way to the page server and then continues but with a timeout without any hops.
I attach a screenshot, tried to register with box.net but failed to respond the button.

You should try running the page in Compatibility Mode, a feature that allows sites not fully up to speed with IE8 technology to be seen as they are meant to. Here is a link explaining how it works:
