I am running a sony vaio PC with winXP home and I had avg virus protector until a week ago Now I am not sure when it started , but when I wanted to pay my bill with checkfree... I could not open the hyperlinks and also with everthing else.. I thought I had been virus infected and I attempted to use my recovery disks but it would not read that either what happen? and what can I do to correct this ???? Joe Rope
