Hi guys, I am a long time Maitred tech who is now faced with supporting a site with Aloha(of which I know very little)for a couple of months. The site has 4 terminals and 2 days ago the switch burned out so I had to replace it. The terminals lost communication for a while, but began to reboot once I replaced the switch. Now terminal 1 will not boot into the POS application and it displays the error message "Cannot open file request" Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated guys and PLEASE remeber that my Aloha knowledge is limited, but My PC and networking skills are solid. Thanks in advance guys and or gals...lol
