cannot open file '.\Debug\Message.sbr'

There are Message.cpp and message.h in a VC++ project. But, the following errors are occoured:

1. cannot open file '.\Debug\Message.sbr': No such file or directory.

2. \Message.cpp(312) : error C2601: 'fnConnect' : local function definitions are illegal

Similar errors are occured for other local function.

Please help.
