Cannot open client mails

Hi there. I hope someone has come across this problem before. I have an Exchange client running from a Citrix connection who recieves "The item could not be displayed. The object could not be found. Launching default form instead." when trying to open any message. The user does have the proper windows\forms directory with the correct .dat file. The user has full control of her home dir also.

Any ideas as to what's preventing her from opening mails? Thanks in advance for any help!
