Cannot Open Cisco Agent Desktop UCCX 10.5

I have a customer with a laptop who wants to be able to answer calls via the Contact Center. She's the boss, and all she has is a laptop, no pc. I've loaded the CAD program onto her laptop, but when I try to log in as an agent I get a licensing error message: "A licensing error has occurred. Please try again in 5 minutes. If the problem persists, please see your log file or System Administrator for details". I've duplicated the Agent on my pc, and am able to log in with no problems, but when I try it on her laptop, I get the error. Any ideas? -Beth
 
That error can be a pain. What version of UCCX?

The other question I might ask is what OS do you have and what OS does she have? Are you running the application as administrator?
