Cannot open Calendar

Hi ,

One of the Lotus notes users visiting us from another branch office cannot open his calendar. He gets a prompt to select the location of the database. I called up their notes administrator and their reply was that everything was fine with the database.Would anyone have a clue as to why this is hapenning. Also any fixes if you know..
