Cannot Open .aspx Sharepoint pages

I am running Window XP on a D610 Dell Laptop with Office 2003. When trying to open a sharpoint page, I get a
"The Page cannot be displayed Error. Thanks for any input on this one.

could you provide more information about the environment? Are you an admin or enduser? Which version of sharepoint?

We have a Intranet site using Sharepoint. We are using Sharepoint 2.0 and the customer that is unable to open any sharepoint pages would be an enduser.

Are you also unable to open any pages or is it just your customers? Do your customers have domain accounts?

It seems he cannot open any .aspx file on his laptop.
Windows XP -- Office 2003

This is the only customer that cannot open the .aspx files.

Everyone is on a Company Domain. He can log onto another PC and he is able to view all pages. It seems to be something with his Laptop.

I was kidding but a reformat and reinstall always does the trick.
