cannot open AOL.com site only

whenever i type in

http://www.aol.com,

it doesnt open the page and on the status bar i get the following message.

http://cdn-startpage.aol.com/_media/aolcomsp/detection.html

It opens to a logon message for me.

I see the same, it is a log on screen for AOL users, similar to AOL.com which is what my browser forwarded to. If you don't see it check your IE list of blocked sites and see if it is listed.

for me it doesnt open any thing, it just show a progress bar for opening a website and in the end it shows thepage cannot be displayed or that progress bar is stuck in between.
but why its been forced to go to that screen, if i type in

http://www.aol.com

nywyas, i will try to see in the IE list for blocked site.
