Cannot open any Access Database

I am running MS Access 97 in a Citrix Winframe 1.7 environment. When I open Access, click on File, Open, nothing happens. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Why not try posting this on the Citrix Solutions board, perhaps someone there can help. btw, i am running my access 2000 apps on a citrix metaframe server with no problem whatsoever.
