Cannot open a Word file, after the computer CRASHED

I had about 10 Word documents opened in the same time and 2 browsers window.
The computer crashed and I canot only ONE of the documents- that one I was working in the momment the computer crashed. I've tried to open after closing the computer but I waited minutes more than 10 and I couldn't open the document.

Anybody can help me?
