Morning...i have an older Hicom 300 version 6.4. i while back we had an issue and had to power cycle the pbx. since then, when i try to dial into my system either through procomm plus or LC win, i get the following error when i try to log in: Can't obtain database information on this terminal . has anyone seen this before and is there a way to fix this?
