I have a user on my windows 2000 server, which is able to login and connect to the server using a VPN, but the user cannot see anything, apart from the two monitors in the task bar indicating that he is connected to the VPN.
How can I make a home directory for this user, so that when he logs on he has a mapped drive in "My computer" which points to his home directory on the server. I know it has something to do with the profile tab for the user in, Active Directory Users And Computers.
Cheers

Have you tried mapping the share manually, or you have script that will do the mapping?...If you setup the script, it will execute by itself when user login into domain. User need to check the box from the login screen("Connect using Dial-Up)
